Wrong language or severe defects
If your delivered book:
- is written in the wrong language, or
- has major structural defects (missing large sections, broken formatting, etc.),
…contact support so we can review and help (including refunds when appropriate).
What to send support
Include:
- your Project ID
- what went wrong (one sentence)
- screenshots (if possible)
