Wrong language or severe defects

If your delivered book:

  • is written in the wrong language, or
  • has major structural defects (missing large sections, broken formatting, etc.),

…contact support so we can review and help (including refunds when appropriate).

What to send support

Include:

  • your Project ID
  • what went wrong (one sentence)
  • screenshots (if possible)
