Cancel a project during TOC approval

Youbooks allows cancellation only during the TOC approval stage (when Request TOC Approval is enabled).

This exists to prevent abuse while still giving you a “safe exit” if the TOC is not what you want.

Cancellation rules

  • Cancellation is available only during TOC approval.
  • The cancellation fee is 2,000 credits.
  • After cancellation:
    • the remaining project credits are refunded to you,
    • the cancellation cannot be undone.

What if I didn’t enable TOC approval?

If you don’t enable TOC approval, projects cannot be canceled or paused after submission.

Why is there a fee?

Projects consume compute and resources. The flat fee discourages repeated “start/cancel” loops while still allowing you to exit when needed.
